Great idea with your lips. There are things however that bother me ever so slightly. Shallow DOF is always good but not as good when one of the model's eyes are out of focus(feels as if one half of your face is not there). Also it might help to seem more interested. A powerful tool that portrait photographers use is to engage their audience with models whose eyes stand out and/or tell a story.

Otherwise good lighting and pose. The fairness of your skin really helps with this type of photo.

Hope this helps and that I wasn't too harsh. Keep up the good work =).
