This is quite stunning. I think that your application of the body paint is very unusual, and this is why it caught my eye. It really just looks like a photo-manipulation, so I'd like to congratulate you on achieving an effect so unusual and vibrant. I think the composition, in general, is quite effective. The placement of the focal point (in this case, the eye) is up the top right hand side, away from the center of the frame (a trap that many of us seem to fall into). This shows innovation... and the DOF utilized is also working very well. I like the blur you have used on the left side... as well as the blackness. I suppose for me, the eye does look very touched up. The veins can no longer really be seen, and it appears just a little too light around the white of the eye (making it appear just a little unnatural.) The pupil is a beautiful colour indeed, however it does seem obvious that you have completed some extra editing in PS maybe next time tone down the amount of editing, if you still want parts of the eye to look natural.

It still looks great though, it's a stunning composition.
