The thing that attracts me most about this picture is the variation BW/crimson. It really has a spectacular effect. Unfortunately, the photo looks a bit overexposed. Another thing that I don't like about this picture is the posture of the model. It's roughly cropped and the focus goes on the hand instead of the mouth. Was it made with a direct flash? 'Cause it seems like that.
As for the originality, it is quite an interesting photo, but not out of the ordinary.
I'll repeat, another cropping would have changed the perspective and impact in a positive way. A minus for editing, a plus for impact.

aber was hast du mit den Lippen gemacht? irgendwas stört mich da o.O
ich denke mal, es war keine absicht oder so, aber ich mags, dass die ringe nicht so gerade sind, sondern genau so, wie sie eben gerade gerutscht sind sozusagen... ka, das fiel mir grad so auf +lol+
